Convenience class to construct sync requests. See android.content.SyncRequest.Builder for an explanation of the various functions. The resulting object is passed through to the framework via android.content.ContentResolver#requestSync(SyncRequest).

Descriptor bit used with describeContents(): indicates that the Parcelable object's flattened representation includes a file descriptor.
