Request to register a personal context understander. RegistrationRequest is passed to the registration activity in the understander's package that implements PersonalContextManager.ACTION_LAUNCH_PERSONAL_CONTEXT_UNDERSTANDER_CONSENT_INTRO in the PersonalContextManager.EXTRA_PERSONAL_CONTEXT_UNDERSTANDER_CONSENT_INTRO_REQUEST extra. It is used in formulating the response to the registration request. If no such activity is specified in the manifest, the registration flow will automatically continue to the system prompt for user consent.
