A FollowMode controls the motion of content as it is following another target.

A FollowTarget can be used to have an element follow a target such as an anchor or view.

Defines a movement threshold range for FollowMode within which follow motion is not triggered.

A set of boolean flags which determine the dimensions of movement that are tracked, and will be used to update the content.
